猪肉丝


生平第一次吃肉丝,大约是童年六,七岁左右。而且还是母亲亲手做的。那次吃肉丝的幸福与甜蜜就不曾忘记至今。

话说当时因为生水豆,母亲因为担心不让我胡乱吃些有碍康复的食物,就亲手制作了好多肉丝干藏着让我每天拌饭(或粥)吃。虽然病了,那段日子却觉得好幸福好温馨。那肉丝的味道咸中带着猪肉的香味,特别好吃。

往后的日子母亲有否再做过肉丝,倒是不太记得了。

长大后吃外面卖的肉丝,虽然也有好吃的,却远远比不上母亲所做的。

现在回想起来,母亲养育我们七兄妹时,因为家境贫穷,一直以来都有做工养家。母亲却不因为这样而忽略对孩子们的关怀与爱。九岁时父亲过世之后,母亲更是母兼父职,一一把我们养大成人。

原来小时候的许多幸福的背后,站着的是母亲咬紧牙根但充满无私的爱的灵魂。

肉丝的香,母亲的爱,永怀心中。。。。。

    上一代大家庭养儿育女真不易。现在的家庭两三个小孩不因该有所怨言。
