Today I wish to share my little thought of how to feel good and happy.
To me, to feel good and happy, we need not be the richest, and neither need we be the most powerful. Instead, we should:
1. Take care of our body
Live, sleep, eat, play, drink, sweat and rest all that our physical body wants as long as we stay healthy. Let our body feel good.
2. Take care of our mind
Learn, recreate, write, blog, read and think all that our mind wants. Let our mind feel good.
3. Take care of our heart
Love, share, be loved, make friend, care and help all that our heart wants. Let our heart feel good.
4. Take care of our soul
Believe, pray, donate, contribute, soul search, educate and leave behind all that our soul wants. Let our soul feel good.
If our body, our mind, out heart and our soul feel good, naturally we will feel good and happy.
