日落 (Sunset)

The nature is both beautiful and powerful. It may show off its spectacular charm just before dusk in one corner of the Earth. Yet in another corner, it may show its immense destructive power in the form of volcano eruption and tsunami.

While I am captivated by the beauty of the sunset scene at the park near to my house, I am also deeply saddened and shocked by the news of Mount Merapi eruption and tsunami that hit Indonesia a few days ago.

I learn that the Earth may be beautiful or ugly, depending on where you are.

It is good to live in harmony with the nature like the sun and the lamppost.

  3. compare to sunset, i actually prefer sunrise more, because it gives a more positive feeling.. sunrise means new beginning, sunset means the fading of something..

  4. Unique orange glow in the skies. Recently, I witnessed a bright orange glow at dusk...but unfortunately, didn't have my camera with me so couldn't snap a photo.
